Can a municipality switch off the "SMS" communication method?
Basically, the software solution is aimed at single entries of lost property, as this is where the matching algorithm works most efficiently. However, individual organizational solutions are possible.
Is it possible to authenticate via the BundID?

What is the matching view for citizens when they lose their ID card?
A feature in the form of an eye identifies the data that is publicly viewable. All other data is only visible to employees in the finds department. Personal data will not be published.
Can asserted finder's rights also be stored under the finder's details?
Yes.
Does the online lost property service cover the auction of lost property and requests for lost property as well as the collection of lost property?
Yes. However, the online service does not include an online auction by default.
