At Hamburg Airport, the Hamburg Welcome Center is in charge of the lost property department. In addition to the core team, numerous employees registered their interest in working with Nova Find – a special challenge for a product launch in times of pandemic-related short-time work!<\/p>\n

The Nova Find “Train the Trainer” training model led to success: the core team was trained specifically in online training at the administration and application level and then successfully passed on this knowledge within their own organization.<\/p>\n
