Both companies rely on the Nova Find digital lost and found software for centralized processing of lost and found items.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nova Find gives passengers the opportunity to report lost items online: via the uestra.de and regiobus.de websites, they can now record lost items on buses or trains digitally. As soon as an object with a suitable description is handed in at the lost and found office, the passenger receives a notification and can pick up his or her lost property on site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At \u00dcSTRA and regiobus, we are currently designing our processes more efficiently and effectively with a joint digitalization strategy. In the area of lost property, we now have a new digital solution to ensure faster and more customer-friendly processing of lost property reports,&#8221; says \u00dcSTRA Executive Director and regiobus Managing Director Elke van Zadel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Especially for passengers of regiobus it will be much easier to get back lost items. From now on, there is only one point of contact for the entire regiobus area. The lost and found office, which was previously used exclusively by \u00dcSTRA, is now also available to regiobus recipients. This means that all items can be picked up centrally in downtown Hanover. The individual lost and found offices of the regiobus companies are thus no longer required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;By merging the five lost and found offices of regiobus into the former \u00dcSTRA lost and found office in the city of Hanover, we are offering passengers a joint collection point for lost property from buses and trains with attractive accessibility.
