The backend system, operated by staff from the lost property office, is the heart of Nova Find. Lost items are compared with existing lost property reports in real time: the matching algorithm presents the most suitable lost property report for the item just entered. Nova Find then communicates with passengers via the preferred communication channel ā€“ in strict compliance with the design specifications.
